SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

-SPAIN (peninsula)

Free shipping costs for purchases of 49€ or more.

For orders of a lower amount, standard shipping costs of 5,75€ apply.

-CEUTA / MELILLA /CANARY ISLANDS

In the case of Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and Andorra, the standard shipping rate is 20€.

-OTHER COUNTRIES

Orders within the European Union are delivered within 24/48 working hours from the confirmation of shipment of the order. The standard shipping rate is 15,99€.

-DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered within approximately 24H/48H working days from order confirmation, which may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday or special promotions.

If you place an order on Friday or the weekend, your order will be dispatched on Monday. We do not ship on national holidays.

Although we make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Café Ecobean, cannot be held responsible for

conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

As soon as we pack your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.

When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, the next day, DHL or MRW will give you the delivery details. If you have an account with Café Ecobean, you can log in and check ‘My orders’ to see the current status of your order (‘Ready’ means it has already left the warehouse and will be delivered within 24/48 hours).

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have made the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details. In case you do not receive it, we recommend you to check the Spam folder of your email in case you have received it there. If you can't find it either, please contact us at info@premiumfabricoutlet.com

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns/exchanges on cosmetics and perfumery products.

Returns / exchanges in all other categories are FREE, as long as the reason for the return is an error on the part of El Capricho (Maximum return period 14 days).

STEP 1 - Make sure all products are returned in new, unused condition with tags and labels.

STEP 2 - Send us an email to info@cafe-ecobean.com indicating the order number and the reasons for the return and we will send you a label that you will have to print and stick on the return package.

STEP 3 - Once you have completed the above steps, the courier company will come to collect the order within 24H - 48H working days.

STEP 5 - Once we receive your return at our logistics centre, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund. The processing time for a return/refund is approximately 3 - 4 working days. This period may be longer at Christmas or during sales/promotions.
