Carefully selected and processed, this coffee is washed and sun-dried to preserve its clarity and structure in the cup. The CO₂ decaffeination method allows the coffee to retain much of its original character while significantly reducing caffeine content.

In the cup, it offers a balanced and approachable profile, with juicy acidity, a smooth and round body, and flavor notes of dark berries and sweet rhubarb.
