Discover the delicate character of this organic Ethiopian coffee from Yirgacheffe, one of Ethiopia's most renowned coffee-growing regions, celebrated for its distinctive floral aromas and bright citrus acidity.
Grown at high altitudes between 1,600 and 2,400 metres above sea level, this coffee benefits from the region's unique growing conditions, which contribute to its refined and elegant character.
Produced by the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union (YCFCU), this coffee comes from a network of cooperatives representing more than 40,000 farmers in southern Ethiopia. The beans are carefully washed and dried on raised beds, a process that enhances clarity and allows the coffee's delicate flavours to shine.
Flavour Profile: This coffee offers a delicate, silky cup with refreshing citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, complemented by floral aromas and subtle Darjeeling tea-like nuances. Its refined character and bright acidity create a clean, elegant and refreshing coffee experience.

This organic decaffeinated coffee comes from central Peru and is produced by Negrisa, a family-run company with over 15 years of experience in coffee processing and export.
Carefully selected and processed, this coffee is washed and sun-dried to preserve its clarity and structure in the cup. The CO₂ decaffeination method allows the coffee to retain much of its original character while significantly reducing caffeine content.
In the cup, it offers a balanced and approachable profile, with juicy acidity, a smooth and round body, and flavor notes of dark berries and sweet rhubarb.
